Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures that all items sold are in pristine condition when they reach our customers. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Exchanges

We do offer an exchange policy within 28 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and accompanied by a valid receipt. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team via email with your order number and details of the product you would like to exchange.

E-Gift Cards: Please note that e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Exchange Process

Upon receiving your item for exchange, we will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. We will notify you of the receipt and condition of your returned item, and proceed with the exchange process. If the exchange is approved, we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible. If there are any issues, our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
